Gleddoch Hotel Wedding

In December 2023 for my last wedding of the year, I had the pleasure of visiting Gleddoch House Hotel near Langbank. When I arrived there was small flutters of snow, which quickly turned into a winter wonderland within 10 minutes of my arrival! Growing up on the Ayrshire coast we never had much snow, so I was super excited to capture Rebecca & Keith’s snowy wedding!

I arrived to capture prep. Unfortunately my lovely second shooter, Kirsty, couldn’t make it until just before the ceremony as the roads were so bad! But we made do and I managed to float about, capturing the details of the morning before she arrived.

Now it’s time for the ceremony! It was conducted beautifully by John Leo Scott who told their story well. Love the couple’s smiley faces throughout!

After the ceremony, we immediately went outside for some couples photos! We didn’t want the weather to get any worse and for the rain to wash away the snow, so Rebecca & Keith were troopers and spent 10-15 minutes outside with us! It was so worth it!

Love this shot of Rebecca and the boys! Cosy socks were needed to warm up her feet after being out in the snow for so long. Who could blame her? We didn’t get outside for most of the family photos as it was too wild but we made the most of it inside!

Their table names were named after types of tea! A couple after my own heart, I’m a complete tea Jenny.

What an incredible day! Rebecca & Keith, thank you so much for having me and for braving the freezing cold conditions! It’s a day that will stay with me forever. Thank you for everything!
